In addition to our fast and discreet shipping the Scherzer KG offers with every purchase a further decisive advantage: Our best price guarantee. If you can't imagine of them yet here is a brief explanation:
So if you are still undecided what you want to buy, and you are going to decide to research on the internet and find a shop that sells the same product at a lower price, you can inform us via e-mail about that at support@kg-scherzer.com and we sell you the product at this price.

Excluded are: special offers and ruinous and apparently unrealistic, low prices.

Delivery:

Normally, it goes fast for us - within about 3 to 14 days you have your order at home! Outside of Austria, it may take longer approximately 2 to 3 days. Since our products come from many countries around the world, but sometimes they may incur delays of about 14 days. If this were the case, we will get in touch with them to clarify this.

We accept cerdit card moneybookers.com and Paypal for European we have bank transfers also. We also give you the possibility to pay by money order, we will have to wait to ship your order until your money has been received by our bank.

Complaints must be within the first three days in writing sent by e-mail to kg of Scherzer. Later complaints can unfortunately not be accepted!

Germination rate

Since this is the case of seeds for natural herbal products produced by nature, we can not accept any liability for seed germination. We are just distributors, not manufacturers! We take any opportunity to influence the quality of the seeds.
